You need to find your Firefox bookmarks.htm document. Mine is here:

C:\Documents and Settings\labreuer.BEDFORD\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5tsec7dq.default\bookmarks.html

Simply copy the contents of that file to the textbox below, or paste your file name & path.

Add to database   make items personal make items private (not logged in)

Making items private means that nobody will ever be able to see them besides YOU. Making them 'personal' means that people won't see them when browsing through items, but they will be searchable. You can always change these settings for individual bookmarks; this is just a way to affect all of the ones you are importing at once.
